Once again, I have neglected my blog. Now that my summer break is about to begin, I will TRY to write more, but it remains to be seen how well I will do.
I do have some goals for the summer, which hopefully will give me something to write about:
1. To take a beginning yoga class and get back into practice. My long range goal is to find a class right after work next fall and go once a week.
2. To catch up on my reading - magazines & books. I brought a bag full of books home from work today, plus I have far too many books in my to-be-read pile (I am ashamed to admit it's more of a bookcase PLUS a couple of piles). If I at least post a review of each book I read, that should get the blog going.
3. To go to the mountains at least once.
4. To be more active. I am much more active at work than I am at home and I don't want to stall my weight loss/maintenance because I am not burning as many calories. This goal ties in with #1 and #3 but conflicts with #2.
